By placing an order you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the spare key is for the rightful owner or user of a vehicle equipped with a Rimgard system.
If you are a private consumer that purchased you lock on Rimgard.com please visit your local online store for help with replacements.
Orders are handled weekdays Monday through Friday. Keys ship within five business days. Prompt delivery is a priority to us but please note that we can not take responsibility for delays caused by the courier service. Thank you for understanding.
